John Jefferies DipFA
Managing Director
John has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry, starting his career at a well known high-street Bank. He then went on to work for a large regional Independent Financial Services company for 12 years, before starting Hazelton Mountford Jefferies Ltd in 2010. John prides himself on giving a very high standard of personal service to every one of his clients.
John is married with two children. He has lived in Bromsgrove all his life and enjoys all sports especially golf.

Jim started his career in Financial Services in 1980 with a large insurance company in central Birmingham.
Now Jim specialises in Employee/Director benefits including, Healthcare and Group Life/Critical Illness schemes and all aspects of the various retirement options.
Tracy Jukes DipPFS Cert CII MP
Financial Advisor
Tracy has been working in the industry since leaving school and joined HMJ as a Financial Adviser in 2011. She has a wealth of knowledge in many areas and specialises in Mortgages; due to her expertise in this field she has completed interviews in the past for Sky News.
Tracy lives in Worcester, is married with two children and a Jack Russell. She enjoys running and socialising with family/friends.
Martyn Howard Dip PFS Cert CII MP

Having started a career in Financial Services after finishing University in 2008, Martyn has been advising with us since 2021 and takes a holistic approach to Financial Planning across Investments, Pensions, Mortgages and Protection.
Martyn lives in Ledbury with his wife and three daughters, and has a passion for Formula 1.

Angela Colston
Administrator
Angela joined us in 2016 as an administrator but has worked in the Financial Services industry for over 30 years, working with John, Jim and Tracy for majority of those years, whilst in their previous posts. She says it’s like working with family!
Originally from Basingstoke, Angela has lived in Worcestershire since 1988, having spent some 8 years living in Germany.
Helen Stark
Administrator
Helen joined HMJ as an administration assistant in 2016, having previously been a Legal Secretary for ten years. She now primarily works closely with Tracy and administers all her mortgage related business.
Helen is native to Worcestershire and currently lives in Hallow with her daughter and two dogs.
Jo Morgan
Administrator
Jo has over 30 year’s experience in Financial Services and qualified as an IFA however prefers the back office side and has a passion for learning and technology. Jo lives in Malvern with her husband, Son and two dogs.

Having worked in small and large practices dealing with personal and corporate clients, Donna has built up a wealth of experience in all areas of financial planning including protection products, inheritance tax planning, mortgages and retirement planning.

Andrew Gormley
Accounts Controller
Since starting with Hazelton Mountford in 2011, Andrew now works on all aspects of the company’s accounts and is working on his ACCA qualification.
In his spare time, he supports West Brom and loves to listen to a wide variety of music, occasionally sampling a good real ale.
